Normal view


Normal view is simply just a the way that power point looks when you open the program.

transition


a transition is when there is movement as one slide changes to another. power point has many different transitions.

slide sorter view


what slide sorter view does is it shows all slides in a miniature size in a horizontal. these mini slides are called thumbnails.

Slides are shown in full screen when you choose Slide Show view in PowerPoint 2007slide show view is used for presentation to an audience.

a graph for us is a chart for Microsoft excel. charts are visual data of the spreadsheet. it gives you the percentage and you can easily understand the data.

10 steps coffe algorithm


1 step for making coffee is you need the coffee grain and everything to make the coffee.
2nd step is you need to warm up the milk or the water.
3rd step is you need to grind the coffee seeds
4th step is put the milk/water in the cup.
5th step put the grain in the water/milk
6th mix the coffee grain with the water/milk
7th taste the coffee
8th put as much sugar as you want
9th if you like you can add some whip cream
10th enjoy the coffee

With format painter you can do may things in just the click of a button. what it does is it changes the font and edits it and it also aligns it.
